Returns and Refunds Policy

We only accept returns and refunds if the product is defective.

◉To customers who have received a defective product

① Please check the condition of the product.

Items will be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

However, we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience (wrong size, wrong order, different image, damage during delivery, etc.).

If you have any concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

Please be sure to check the product as soon as you receive it.

・If you contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of arrival

・Unused, unwashed

・If there is no odor, dirt or damage at the customer's place

- If the product, including the box and accessories, is the same as when it was delivered

② Please send your request for return to customer support along with photos showing the defective part.

We will check and reply within 3 business days.

③ Send the product to the specified address.

④After confirming the product, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

◉Refund Method

For those who used credit card payment

If the payment has already been confirmed, you will receive a cash back from your credit card company after the payment is withdrawn.

Those who used bank transfer payment

We will refund your payment by bank transfer to your specified bank account.
